Description : The online Railway reservation system was done as part of the course undergone at Maintec Hyderabad.. The project was designed and implemented in the IBM mainframe system. This project used CICS at the front end and DB2 at the back end. The programs were developed using COBOL and tables were queries using SQL statements.
The Objective of the project is to provide information about train details according to the dates, if passenger want to reserve the seats he can reserve the seats as per his requirements like quota, classes, berth’s etc; We can print the on-line ticket after his confirmation. He can check the status of his ticket by using his PNR number.
Academic Project
Title : Combining Multiple Clusterings Using Evidence Accumulation.
Duration : 3 Months.
Role : Designer.
Responsibilities : Gathered information about various clustering algorithms.
Collected various datasets and performed preprocessing steps.
Written code to prepare distance matrix by using the results obtained
from individual clustering algorithms.
Designing project flow prepared documentation for data sets.
Team size : 4
Description : The objective of this project is to combine the various clustering algorithms by using Evidence Accumulation in order to identify the clusters with arbitrary shapes and arbitrary sizes. Using the concept of Evidence Accumulation clustering error rate is reduced which yields to consistent clustering. Experimental results of a Evidence Accumulation method on various datasets are compared with individual clustering results.
